CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

1/ Equipment and approval
MSGEAR provides customers with equipment in perfect operational conditions and compliant with the current FIA certification.
MSGEAR provides clean equipment with no major wear.

2/ Pick-up and return
Equipment must be picked-up and returned at the MSGEAR's shop.
Together with the customer, the manager will inspect the product to justify its good operational state.
Equipment cannot be returned after opening hours of the shop.

3/ Invoicing
The equipment is invoiced at the regular sale price. This full payment is considered as a warranty deposit.
At the end of the retal period, and after a new inspection by the manager together with the customer, the customer will be reimbursed the difference between the sale price and the rental price.
MSGEAR keeps the right to refuse the refund (the customer will keep the equipment), in case of a major wear and/or defect that prevents the equipment from a secure use.

4/ Duration
The rental duration is 7 business days, starting from the day of the pick-up. The equipment must be returned before the end of the rental period. Any delay for the return will be invoiced on the warranty deposit.
MSGEAR keeps the right to refuse to refund the customer if the equipment is returned after a too long delay.

5/ Specific case
For sanitary reasons, suits, gloves and balaclava provided by MSGEAR are clean. Customers will be asked to undertake a cleaning according to the manufacturers instructions. Otherwise, MSGEAR will handle the cleaning by a professional cleaner, an amount will be kept from the warranty deposit.
